No. Setup and onboarding are included in your monthly plan. We don't charge extra to connect your CRM, write your messages, or get you live. It's all included from day one.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. If you decide to cancel, you can do so at any time and you won't be charged for the next billing cycle. We're confident enough in what we do that we don't need to lock you in.

A job is any completed service appointment where we send a follow-up to your customer. If you close a job in your CRM, that counts as one. On the Starter plan, this is capped at 50 per month. On the Growth plan, there's no cap.

The Growth plan handles multi-crew or multi-location setups well. If you have a larger operation, reach out and we'll put together a custom plan that fits your needs.
